Before you hire a partner
Is this an ERP?
It is the commercial OS for multi-location trade: stock, sales, credit (khata), POS and every branch on one tenant. Not a 70-app suite for HR, MRP or construction.
Can we start with two shops?
Yes. Enterprise here means more than one site in practice, not a minimum of 50 branches. Activate Business Locations, keep the included branch, add the next shop on the same account.
Do we need an implementation partner?
No partner tax to go live. Activate from Marketplace, add locations, and we will still sit with HO on Command Center for a walkthrough.
Different countries?
One account. Locations are yours — HO in one city, shops in other cities or countries, staff scoped to their sites.
What does Business Locations cost?
Message sales on WhatsApp for the current per-branch add-on. One branch is included when the module is activated. Each billed branch adds 3 staff accounts and 1 POS terminal. After 5 branches, sales quotes a discounted per-branch rate. It is an add-on, not unlimited locations inside the Enterprise plan.
