Most shops moving from Abuzar (Abu Zar) software to Tejarify finish the switch in about 1 hour when the inventory is short. That is the typical shop catalogue: fast-moving SKUs, barcodes, sale and purchase rates, and a product list that already exports to Excel.
If the inventory is larger — many batches, messy units (pack vs strip vs bottle), incomplete barcodes, or years of items that were never cleaned — plan on about 1 day. You still keep Abuzar running until Tejarify is printing receipts your cashier will sign.
What counts as a short inventory
A short inventory is the list you actually sell from the till, not every historical SKU ever typed into Abuzar. If you can export products, barcodes and prices in one spreadsheet, and cashiers already know those items, the import and a parallel billing check usually fit inside an hour.
When it takes a day
Larger inventories need more mapping: batch and expiry columns, supplier rates, opening stock, customer udhaar balances, and unit conversions so no one sells a strip as a pack on day one. That work is still measured in hours, not a multi-week IT project — but we would rather spend the day getting units right than rush a wrong till.

- Export SKUs, barcodes, sale/purchase rates and, if you have them, batch and expiry from Abuzar.
