Tejarify

Keep the counter. Move the books.

Migrate from iPOS software to Tejarify

Tejarify is the cloud POS for shops leaving iPOS. The till still bills offline, with the barcode scanner and printer you already own. Stock, udhaar, wholesale orders, FBR-ready invoices and Munshi AI sit in one place the owner opens from a phone. No setup fee. 30-day trial, no card.

No upfront payment. Tejarify does not charge a setup fee or license to start. Run the 30-day trial with every module unlocked, no card. If you continue, you only pay a subscription after the trial ends.

What do you get on Tejarify?

Tejarify is cloud POS, inventory and wholesale for Pakistan. The desktop till keeps selling when the line drops, then syncs. The owner follows sales, stock and udhaar in the Android app. Dealer orders use the same catalogue as the counter. Invoices carry NTN/STRN. Your own online store can go live from that catalogue; Shopify and Daraz connections are coming soon. There is no setup fee: 30 days, every module, no card. You only pay a subscription if you stay.

How do you leave iPOS?

Keep iPOS open while Tejarify prints on the printer you already own. We import the product list, prices and customers from Excel when you have an export, and bring udhaar opening balances so khata does not restart at zero. Cut over when cash-up matches. The old PC becomes the archive.

If you chose iPOS for this - Tejarify covers it better

You already run the iPOS till. Tejarify is the next system: the same counter speed, with the books in the cloud.

Why shops leave iPOS

Legacy UI

The old billing screen is fast only for the cashier who memorized it. Tejarify keeps barcode speed, and a new hire can run the till. The owner uses the Android app instead of that screen.

Benefits of moving to Tejarify

The books live in the cloud

Tejarify still bills offline at the till. After the sale, stock, customers and history sit behind a login, with backups, so a dead hard disk is not the end of the shop.

A till a new cashier can learn in a shift

Barcode and keyboard billing stay fast. The owner and a new hire use the same Tejarify screens on the counter or a phone, instead of a system only one cashier has memorized.

The day is on your phone

Sales, low stock and udhaar show up on web and Android. Munshi AI answers those questions in Urdu or English from the live ledger.

How the migration works

  1. 1

    Export items, prices and customers

From iPOS, take an Excel or CSV of SKUs, barcodes, sale and purchase rates, customers and opening stock. If that install has no export, start with the fast-moving items so the counter can open.

  2. 2

Import and reconnect the hardware you own

We map units and tax, then point Tejarify at the receipt printer, scanner and cash drawer already on the counter. You do not buy a new till to leave iPOS.

  3. 3

Print bills with iPOS still open

Run both for a few days in the 30-day trial. Compare cash-up and stock until the numbers match.

  4. 4

    Bring udhaar, then cut over

Move opening balances so khata does not restart at zero. Turn iPOS into the archive once cashiers trust the Tejarify receipt.

Tell us you are on iPOS and send an Excel export. We will map it into Tejarify.

iPOS to Tejarify FAQs

What do I get if I move from iPOS to Tejarify?

The counter still scans and prints, including when the line drops. You can hold several orders, track cash on delivery, and close the day with POS stats and a roznamcha. The owner follows the shop in the Android app. No setup fee. 30 days, every module, no card.

Is Tejarify an iPOS alternative?

Yes. Tejarify is the cloud system for the same counter: offline billing, then stock, ledgers and the owner’s phone on one catalogue.

The till already works offline. Why move?

Tejarify bills offline too, then syncs. You get the owner app for sales and stock, held orders, cash on delivery, and a day-end roznamcha. The sale is not stuck on that computer.

Can you import my product list and customers?

Yes when you can export Excel or CSV. We bring SKUs, barcodes, prices and customers into Tejarify. If there is no export, we load the fast-moving items first so the counter can open, then fill the rest during the trial.

Will cashiers have to relearn the till?

They still scan, search and print. What changes is where the report lives: Tejarify puts stock and the day’s numbers on a phone, not only on the old screen.

Why pay a subscription after a one-time license?

Tejarify charges no setup fee. You run every module for 30 days with no card. After that you pay a subscription only if you stay, and the books are no longer stuck on one PC.

Do I lose tax invoices if I leave iPOS?

Tejarify invoices carry NTN/STRN in the same billing flow. If you are a Tier-1 retailer, confirm the FBR path for your NTN in a demo before you switch.

Do I pay anything up front to start Tejarify?

No. Tejarify does not charge a setup fee, license, or other upfront payment. You use the product for 30 days with every module unlocked and no card. If you stay, you only pay a subscription after the trial ends.

Ready to leave iPOS?

Start the trial, book a 15-minute demo, or WhatsApp an export of your product list. You keep the old software until Tejarify prints a bill your cashier will sign.

iPOS software (IPOS, IPOS.NET, iPOS POS, iPOS billing software, iPOS inventory software) is a trademark of its owner / IPOS.COM. Not affiliated with that company. Confirm tax invoices and the hardware on your counter in a demo before you switch.
